You get the benefit of our many years of experience and close working relationships with our partners, the Bremen Exhibition Centre, the Bremen Conference Centre (also referred to as the "CCB", from its German name), local hotels and restaurants and other tourism service providers. Even here, the routes between partners in Bremen are also very short! We all know each other and support each other. And, of course, there's no charge for the advice and services we provide for you, even if it involves finding suitable hotel accommodation and tourism information. Do you need hotel capacity for your event? We'll find the accommodation you need, no matter whether it's to be temporarily reserved for your use or permanently booked. We know most of our hotel partners personally and the booking systems are tried and tested, and have worked quickly and efficiently for many years. To book the accommodation temporarily reserved for the event, we provide attendees with an individual booking platform and send out digital booking confirmations. And we provide a dedicated contact person who can answer any questions you may have.

The Bremen Convention Bureau can also co-ordinate group bookings for companies, for example, for trade fairs. We can take care of all your requirements and all you need to do is to sign the accommodation contract. We can then handle bookings from individual attendees directly.
